Abstract
Surrounding of organization were more active than before, and it is necessary for
achieving to success organization move to change. Changable leadership is as one
of leaderships paradigms for moving up organization’s action in chaotic present
surrounding , and with compatibility moving up employees and their action via
increasing their happiness try to predicting of change in surrounding. Changer
leaders organize the clear and necessary picture of next. With insisting and
increasing happiness of employees in this study have tried that we search the
resulting of changer leadership with job’s happiness in Kurdestan MELAT Bank’s
employees. In this study , aiming is using and action is going and for studying the
action of changer leadership; BAS questionnaire and for testing of job happiness
MINUSUTA questionnaire was dissipated in 290 employees of MELAT BANK
and after gathering of questionnaire and studying the data , relating of changer
leadership and job’s happiness of employees in MELAT BANK of KURDETAN
was modified.
