چکیده:
One of the biggest projects in electrical power industries of Iran is manufacturing of 14 steam power plant units to make the previously established Frame 9 gas turbine as combined cycles. Because the gas turbine units and steam units are not started to operate concurrently from the beginning, they are not compatible in term of life. Gas turbine units started to operate earlier than the Steam units. This phenomena may affect the project economy seriously. In this paper, first the causes which limit the lives of the gas turbine units are discussed briefly and
Then the remedy actions to solve the problem of lives incompatibility of steam and gas turbine units are presented.
