چکیده:
As regards Role and place of auditing in the country has a special feature and prominence. TheMinistry of Economic Affairs and Finance Strategy in place the country economic and financialpolicies In order to apply economic management and monitoring optimal allocation of resourcesneeded to validate the figures provided by Economic enterprises on the one side and Accounts andaccountability of Managers is on the other side. In this study, we sought to investigate the impact ofthe audit on the performance of managers. The investigation as to purpose is related to appliedresearch and as to the nature research methods is descriptive and analytical. Data collection methodis in field and library, Questionnaire and Likert scale (very high, high, indifferent, low, very low) toanswer questions on the questionnaire, The reliability test using Cronbach’s formula was approvedby 75.8% as good, For the selection of sample size and the Cochrane formula with a errorcoefficient of 9%, and 95% confidence intervals were used, The data analysis software was spss16and hypotheses were testedby t-test
